How about the arrival and departure?

The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Please coordinate an earlier arrival or a later departure with the respective locations.

Are there doctors / emergency services in the area?

Doctors or pharmacies in the area can be found in our Info Exhibitor in each apartment. If you need help or a pharmacy, please contact the reception.
In an emergency, dial 112.

Where can I find excursion destinations & information about them?

In advance you will find information on the respective site pages on our homepage under the heading “Our Region”.

On site you will find information about the area or restaurants in our information display. At the reception you can also get additional information and tips on events and tours.

Are there also cots or extra beds?

If you need a cot or an extra bed including bed linen, please contact the reception.

Are there bathrobes in the rooms?

Bathrobes and sauna towels are available free of charge for your stay at the reception.

Are there stamps or postcards?
You can get both at the reception.
Are fire extinguishers available for emergencies?

Fire extinguishers are located in the kitchen area under the sink in every apartment and can of course be used by you in an emergency.

What are the breakfast times?

Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Upon arrival, we will be happy to ask for a more precise time, in the periods when you would like to have breakfast so that it is as fresh as possible.

Can i bring my dog?

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friends with you.

We charge a fee per night here. Just talk to us.

Can I get another pillow?

If you have an additional pillow or something else, please contact the reception.

Can I pay by credit card?

You can use the following credit cards to settle your bill with us:

Visacard, Mastercard, EC card and Maestro.

Can I prepare something to eat myself?

You are welcome to prepare something delicious in your kitchen and choose a chilled drink from the minibar. Coffee and tea are free of charge.

Can you smoke in the rooms?

Please note that all of our apartments are non-smoking rooms. If you smoke, please go to your terrace or the designated areas.

Are there parking spaces on site?

You can park your car and bicycles in front of the hotel or in the bicycle garage and charge them if necessary.

Is there a possibility of a wake-up call?

We will be happy to wake you up by phone if you wish. Please contact the reception for this.

Is there room cleaning?

We would like to clean your room between 09:00 and 12:00. If you do not want this, please inform the reception.

On request at the reception:
Toothbrush, luggage service and storage, umbrellas, iron and ironing board, adapter, charger and taxi call.
